ORDERS

 

Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. Pre-orders typically ship in 4-6 weeks.

Ground shipments are sent UPS. Expedited orders are sent same day as long the order is placed by 11AM PST. Orders are in transit business days only. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

HOW DO I RETURN?

 

Please contact ginger@gingerocean.com to notify us of your return and we will issue a store credit upon receipt of your item.

Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

15 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit on items in their original condition (except items marked Final Sale or purchased with a coupon code) within 15 days from time of shipment.

Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner. We do not offer refunds at this time. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 


SALE ITEMS

 

Sale items and those purchased with a coupon code are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
